Naomi’s project consulting and management experience across the spa, wellness, hospitality and fitness sector spans decades working across international and award-winning luxury brands across the world such as Chiva Som, Crown Hotels, Kamalaya Koh Samui and QT Hotels & Resorts to name a few.
With the longevity of her clients’ businesses a key consideration, in 2007 Naomi developed an online secret shopping system to provide her clients with powerful feedback, identifying strengths and weaknesses to help elevate performance. Using this online system Naomi has facilitated several International industry awards programmes including Asia Spa Crystal Awards and the Aspa Awards for Excellence, spanning over 12 countries.
Newly launched as Catch Praise, the system has the benefit of thousands of secret shopping assignments across the globe and hundreds of research and development hours bringing you an insightful and intelligent system to help you manage and improve your business.
An industry expert experienced working with renowned luxury brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Starwood and Anantara. Kathryn has hands on experience working across all aspects of the luxury spa and hospitality industry from negotiating complex contracts, implementation of operating frameworks, recruitment and training and launching new properties. Over the past six years Kathryn has been managing up to 65 large volume global spa locations at any one time, contributing to her ability to drive performance from culturally diverse teams.
Through Kathryn’s own career requirements to transparently track operational performance of the properties she oversaw led her to joining forces with Catch Praise. A passionate believer that information is king, as a multi-location hospitality operator, Kathryn is acutely aware of the importance in measuring the actual guest experience to achieve powerful business improvement.
